My main role is to ensure our Advisors give their clients a great service and planning experience. I also want to help our Advisors reach their full potential by facilitating a highly regarded and comprehensive training program on financial planning and providing ongoing support, coaching and, ultimately, helping them to achieve their professional goals. I take an active role recruiting and training new Advisors and help you find the right Advisor for your needs.
