I’m a strong approachable leader that consistently strives to deliver the highest level of professional performance by creating productive relationships with prospects, clients, and peers alike. I’m a very ambitious and hard-working individual, with proven success in every area from delivering sales results; through to successfully implementing change management, all whilst improving and driving forward every single business I’ve been involved with. As somebody who has a great deal of skill and experience in the area of relationship management, new opportunity development and project management, I’m currently seeking roles where I can apply my transferable skills into a new sector. As a key member of the rugby & sports coaching teams I have been involved with in the past like Sports elite, I continue to be heavily involved with rugby, having just undertaken roles with Harlequins & MAN V FAT Rugby. I`ve organised coaching sessions & clinics, refereed at tournaments, and played a pivotal role in on-pitch activation. My proactive approach led to identifying opportunities for growth, expanding the reach of rugby as an inclusive sport for all. Until very recently I was the men's forwards coach at Staines RFC last season (2024/25) having previously been the Pathway Lead coach whilst also jointly sharing Head Coach duties the season before (2023/24) as well as also helping to coach the ladies team at Staines too. My expertise also extends internationally, having also coached in Switzerland and France, at mini, youth and men's levels. I'm World Rugby Level 2 qualified, and I currently in the process of attaining my World Rugby/RFU Level 3 Advanced Coaching qualification, and would relish the opportunity of being able to help to evolve and grow any teams, clubs, or organisations that I'm involved with, as well as myself.
