About Michael Norby

With over a decade of experience as an administrative professional, I’ve dedicated my career to supporting organizations that serve people and strengthen communities. My background is deeply rooted in human and family services, where I’ve developed a passion for mission-driven work and making a meaningful impact behind the scenes. I spent several years working with a human services company that provided group homes for adults with disabilities, where I gained invaluable experience in supporting both the administrative and operational needs of direct care programs. Today, I continue that commitment to service as part of a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization specializing in treatment foster care. In this role, I help ensure that our programs run smoothly so that our team can focus on what matters most—caring for children and families. Beyond my professional work, I’m proud to serve on multiple nonprofit boards, where I collaborate with other community leaders to advance important causes and support sustainable growth for organizations doing critical work. I bring organization, heart, and a strong sense of purpose to everything I do—and I’m always looking for opportunities to grow, lead, and support others in their mission.
