I have over 18 years of account and program management expertise leading and working with large multi disciplinary teams in the digital marketing and financial payments space with a focus on operational excellence. The ability to develop and maintain strong relationships at all levels throughout an organization has allowed me to truly understand external and internal client needs to help those around me succeed. I possess a true passion for people and find the greatest reward in seeing those around me reach and surpass their goals. The mentorship and career development of my team members has always been at the very core of my values. I have been fortunate in that my experience has allowed me to spend considerable time travelling throughout the America's, Asia, Europe, and Australia to help grow and improve the internal and external business operations of companies of all sizes across a multitude of industries. This interaction with various cultures and disciplines throughout the world has allowed me to collaborate across all digital disciplines in a variety of industries and situations. These experiences and a belief in cultural relativism has always allowed me to find innovative solutions to complex problems that correlate to a direct, measurable, improvement of the business on both a macro and micro level.
