My career spans over ten years of leading the technical engineering function with a proven track record of top-percentile performance with demonstrable results. Recent results: 1. Gold Fields South Deep turnaround (2019)- Improvement strategy deployment to position the mine in a profitable position for the year 2. Project lead for strategic improvement themes projects for engineering, asset management, supply chain, materials and personnel logistics optimisation (Attained all primary project metrics - 2019) 3. South Deep Business Improvement Portfolio Manager - 2020 4. Improve mobile fleet reliability by implementing strategic asset management plans (+150% on core production fleet) 5.
