I am currently working for PGT Trucking Inc. as a Driver Recruiter. My chief goal in this role is to find Driver's pain points, and help them solve a problem. Organization, the want to communicate and help others, as well as unique problem solving efforts are tools that I have used to succeed in this role. Every day is a unique challenge and I receive great joy and satisfaction in finding Driver's core problems and providing a solution. I am a passionate, outgoing leader who is always looking for ways to identify our consumers true needs. Team collaboration, along with Individual projects that require strong attention to detail and research are areas of my job that I thoroughly enjoy. Finding ways to do things better and faster is at the core of my ambition. With 2 years of experience at TaylorMade Golf Company, I have cultivated my career through e-Commerce. I spent my time in the role of e-Commerce Merchandising specialist for the United States Direct to Consumer program. My day to day role was very cross functional, I worked with teams across the company to flawlessly bring our vast golf equipment line to consumers. At the end of my experience with TaylorMade, I expanded my responsibility to include assisting in inventory management and our personalized "Myproduct" program. After many years in the golf industry and several experiences/internships in digital marketing, I was able to directly institute my research, knowledge, and experience to continuously grow our flourishing Direct-to-consumer business.
