About Michael Oppermann
In my 35+ year career in different roles, I always stayed close to key principles for superior work-piece flow logistics in manufacturing. Today I’m educating our employees and customers in general courses as well as for specific projects to generate solutions which will beat known throughput and output figures. From my beginnings in mechanical engineering, through the planning of manufacturing lines, early implementation of a worldwide IT infrastructure to support it, international project management for manufacturing lines and my role within EWAB Group management, I use today my experience and extensive knowledge to increase the understanding of the importance of work-piece flow logistics within manufacturing lines (.and it’s just NOT only automation and a transport from A to B).
