The Siemens Mobility factory is Port Melbourne successfully exports Australian designed and Australian made products to several ASEAN and Latin American countries. Michael also leads an after sales team supporting the Siemens manufactured rolling stock fleets and third-party fleets with Siemens components installed. In Michael's previous role with Qantas airways, he led a team of customer service agents at Melbourne Airport. He also led the continuous improvement program at Melbourne Airport and was instrumental in other teams dedicated to workplace improvement and service improvement. Michael is an excellent communicator, calm in a crisis and delivers the best outcomes for his business, his customers, and his people. Tertiary Educated with a Bachelor of Business Marketing RMIT.
