About Michael Oti

As an analytical and results driven professional, I’m passionate about quality product delivery and creatively capturing insights through data transformation with analytics tools. With over seven years of experience in the BI space and a strong foundation in Agile methodologies, I bring a unique blend of technical expertise and strategic forward thinking that drives results. My background includes developing end-to-end reporting solutions using Power BI, SQL, and the Power Platform, as well as leading Agile teams to deliver data-driven products. In my current role as an Agile Solutions Engineer, I’ve successfully migrated enterprise BI workflows from PBIX to PBIP, implemented Git-based version control with Microsoft Fabric, and built data pipelines that support real-time business insights. More recently, I’ve also served as a Product Owner, managing cross-functional projects from backlog creation to stakeholder delivery. I hold certifications as a Certified Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Product Owner, and Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst, which have strengthened my ability to align business goals with technical execution.
