About Michael Ozen

I have over 25 years of professional experience in finance, strategy and taxation with a specialty in international tax. My skills and expertise have been developed through my experience as a chief financial officer in industry and by providing domestic and international tax advice to foreign and domestic clients as a director in a Big Four accounting firm. I have also been a partner in a national CPA firm as well as a regional CPA firm where I also focused on providing international tax services. I provide tax consulting, compliance and return preparation services to businesses, both large and small, that are based in the U.S. and have foreign operations or are planning to expand into foreign countries or jurisdictions. I also assist non-U.S-based companies that have U.S. operations, U.S. source income or that are planning to enter into the U.S. marketplace. I also help foreign companies and individuals with one-stop, turn-key solutions for their bookkeeping, accounting, tax and financial statement needs. International tax is complex and varied because each foreign country has a separate set of rules. I try to help simplify the problems and provide solutions.
