This is what I enjoy doing - helping your business be successful. • For almost 30 years I've practiced as an attorney in various fields including business law; construction, labor and employment; ERISA and pension law; governmental professional oversight; and complex federal chemical and household product regulation. • I have authored fifteen published articles and book chapters on Constitutional topics such as the Supremacy Clause and Federal preemption; Supreme Court case interpretation applied to practical litigation; Federal labor and pension laws; State construction laws; and business laws.
