About Michael Paljich

An ardent individual who gives everything he can to connect with others and win. Personal connections with others is a priority alongside work. Team player who always gets everyone involved and can work in any situation while trying to find the silver lining within. Calm under pressure and knows how to work efficiently when intensity is high. I am unwilling to give up and will finish a task when given. I obsess over projects and tasks given as I have a need to display my best efforts. Hunger to achieve and I have had to work for everything I've received. One of my mottos is "Work so hard that you become lucky."My time at Mary Baldwin University and Tusculum University as a Graduate Assistant Baseball Coach has allowed for me to develop professionally in each and every aspect. The discipline developed from collegiate athletics is a remarkable skill that I will be able to lean on as I continue taking steps forward. This was a great step in the direction of pursuing my aspirations to continue to lead people to something bigger than themselves. This opportunity has helped me understand the operations of a program or business on a day-to-day basis, whether it be setting up the work site (field), writing daily plans or reports within the office, overseeing study hours, coordinating food and travel, and running a social media page.
