About Michael Pallud

Experienced supply chain director, I have strong demonstrated skills in both operations and change management. Reactive and pragmatic, I know how to pilot all logistic activities to meet customer demand and improve performance on cost, quality and lead time. I managed the supply chain of 500 M$ turnover business. Energic and persevering, I like change and know how to manage it to optimise supply chain. I developed and implemented a strategy to optimize product flows. Recognised as a leader able to motivate teams, I know also how to coach people in a changing environment. I implemented successfuly few times new organisations and new systems. I hold different management positions in an American international company, in France and in the US, and I am fluent in english.
