I have been: A purchasing manager where I was also responsible for the shipping and receiving department for Space Age Electronics who is a manufacture of fire control equipment. A Senior buyer and I am currently a Commodity Manager for Cybex International over the last 20 years. My resposibilties include : Finding new quality sources to supply Cybex with material at the best cost w/out sacrificing quality. Working with companies to assist engineering in designing the highest quality parts to build the best fitness equipment in the world. Developing relationships which will provide win/win opportunities for both companies. I utilize the criteria of negotiating the best cost to receive optimal product for on time deliveries. I feel that developing partnerships with key suppliers puts my company in a great position to move forward and develop market winning product at a great cost. I have been a member on every planning team put together for all new products that have come through Cybex. Specialties: Planning, Negotiating, Organization and Professional personal skills.
