With over a decade in the insurance sector, my path has been shaped by innovation, leadership, and a passion for excellence. My foundation was built PolicyFuel as a licensed sales representative and I progressed to Director of Sales quickly. I focused on office expansion across the U.S, promoted internal talents to managerial roles, and managed a sales team of 80+ professionals. The highlight? Witnessing PolicyFuel's remarkable 10x growth and subsequent acquisition by EverQuote for $40 million. At EverQuote, I led onboarding and training initiatives, introduced process enhancements, and steered the team towards achieving unprecedented results, such as a 30% YoY revenue boost. Currently, as VP of Insurance Operations at Cavender Auto Group, I’ll continue to build an agency that provides all lines of insurance to our community. A key part of my role involves fostering inter-departmental communication, developing strategies in alignment with the company's vision, and ensuring top-tier efficiency benchmarks. Working directly under the CEO and in tandem with the CFO, I keep a keen eye on financial metrics, aiming to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
