I have been working on Lithium Ion Battery systems since 2006, most recently for Cirba Solutuons. I have managed the production of Lithium Ion battery systems for automotive and energy storage applications. I manage a team of technicians who I trained and support. I maintain the schedule, assign task, and prepared engineering documentation and work instructions. I set up safety processes and standards. I lead planning meetings and presentations. I installed and repaired the battery systems in the field. I am a hard worker that does what it takes to complete the job at hand. Highly accomplished, hands-on, motivated, Self-Starter, resourceful, innovative Problem-Solver, who has optimized production lines. Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment to develop test methods and processes from scratch which meet or exceed requirements. Goal oriented and focused, self-driven, able to work alone or as part of a team. Seeking to manage a team of hard working individuals who can benefit from my knowledge and experience.
