About Michael Parsons

I am an audit partner serving both private and public clients in several industries. I'm passionate about helping companies work through complex problems and being a trusted advisor. During my 25 years at PwC, I've worked in a number of different offices in both our Assurance and Transaction Services practices, where I've led audits, assisted clients through IPO's, public and private debt offerings, acquisitions and divestitures, complex transactions, controls and processes and adoption of new accounting and reporting requirements. Prior to PwC, I worked for the FBI and served in the Marine Corps Reserves for eight years. I was raised in a military family and serving our country has been a part of our family for multiple generations. When not working with clients or playing with my two young boys, I'm sweating it out in in my local CrossFit gym, searching for my first hole-in-one on the golf course or snowboarding with my third, oldest son. I'm a CPA licensed in the state of Florida and a member of the FICPA and AICPA.
