About Michael Paulos

As a Chief Operating Officer, I draw on a strong leadership background, my passion for new technology adoption, and high-performing team-building expertise to achieve operational excellence at industry front-running organizations. In doing so, I trailblaze game-changing initiatives, thereby establishing a culture driven by continuous process improvement. The key to my success has been introducing next-generation technology solutions. At Engaged Nation, for instance, I overhauled business operations by spearheading the implementation of AWS Cloud. Moreover, I also built a highly skilled development team to identify, vet, and implement the latest technologies aligned with our business needs. As a result of technology scaling, I ultimately cut the time required to set up MarTech solutions for casinos by 71%. Moreover, I drive large-scale projects aimed to boost profitability. For example, at the same company, I built on a service gap for email service offerings across the US casinos by leading the development of a dedicated division. To this end, I built a team from the ground up, leveraged the existing casino industry network to develop new partnerships, and partnered with Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The new division is currently facilitating over thirty-five casino clients with their digital transformation. Here’s a snapshot of my many successes- Sustained a 99+% client retention rate for the email division by instilling a client-focused culture at Engaged Nation- Generated millions of dollars in revenue by securing new casino clients through product demos at VizExplorer- Enabled data-based decision-making across ~40 casinos by onboarding their end-users on the latest BI tool at VizExplorer.
