As a highly qualified social services professional with over 10+ years of experience, I have dedicated my career to improving service delivery, enhancing program efficiencies, and fostering equitable outcomes for individuals and communities. My expertise in staff development, strategic analysis, problem-solving, and effective communication has enabled me to consistently exceed organizational goals while advancing innovative solutions. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology, with a minor in Psychology, from Central Connecticut State University, earned in December 2013. Currently, I serve as the HCBS Integration Manager and MFP Program Manager at the Connecticut Department of Social Services. In this role, I lead efforts to integrate and enhance Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) programs while overseeing the operations of the Money Follows the Person (MFP) Program. My responsibilities include: Driving IT modernization projects, including the redesign of the Universal Assessment, to ensure consistency, equity, and improved outcomes across HCBS programs and waivers. Serving as the business lead for the Enterprise Care/Case Management (ECCM) System, developed in collaboration with CT METs, to support seamless, person-centered care coordination. Coordinating statewide program and policy planning, development, implementation, and monitoring to improve service delivery and achieve program goals. I am passionate about leveraging technology and innovative strategies to streamline processes, improve client experiences, and ensure federal and state compliance. My collaborative leadership style and commitment to continuous improvement drive my success in advancing meaningful change within social services programs.
