I am ambitious and persistent to follow through on the mission and at the same time paying attention to critical details enabled by my wide technical knowledge. With 2 decades of global Research & Development experience the core strengths are leadership in technical organizations with great experience in global complex product development & projects, has given me a deep knowledge of the full value chain. Project are executed with a mix of Waterfall, Agile and Lean methods.
