About Michael Petrizzo

Mike Petrizzo brings more than three decades of financial services industry experience to the service of his team’s clients. As the senior member of the team, Mike is responsible for crafting highly customized investment portfolios within comprehensive wealth management plans. In recognition of his dedication to the success of his clients, Mike was invited to join Morgan Stanley’s prestigious Private Wealth Management “PWM.” Mike is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL ADVISORTM (CFP®) and has earned internal designations as a Senior Portfolio Director, Workplace Advisor-Equity Compensation and Family Wealth Director. Mike began his career at Oppenheimer & Co, where he spent seven years working his way up from trainee to Vice President. He then moved to Morgan Stanley Dean Witter. After three years, he moved to Wachovia Securities (Prudential Securities) for seven years. He returned to Morgan Stanley (Smith Barney) in 2008, earning recognition in the firm’s Master’s Club. Mike graduated from North Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Arts in English. During summer breaks from college, he worked on the floor of the NYSE. Mike and his family live in Connecticut, where he enjoys playing golf in his free time.
