I approach my Creative Design role as a change agent. Passion, Creative Curiosity, Design Courage and Perseverance serve me well while being that catalyst. Whether leading a team or working within it, my goal is to challenge the status quo through continuously learning and pushing boundaries to mold future product design appeal. I'm proud of…the products I've helped create and their impact on the people that cherish them; the success achieved by people I may have influenced as a friend, teacher and leader; and lastly, the relationships created along the way. My career and personal growth have been a direct result of the experiences generated in those relationships. I value the innovation realized and trust achieved generating world class transportation with those dedicated people. I am an experienced global automotive Creative Design Executive with demonstrated success. My career has ranged from Advanced Concepts to Production Exteriors and Interiors for Cars, SUVS, Trucks (and even ebikes). Skills include Design Thinking, Strategic Product and Brand Development, Advanced Concept and Production Transportation Design, Team Building, Personnel Growth and Cross Functional Team Leadership. I've been blessed with opportunities to grow as a Person, Mentor, Designer and Leader while interfacing with GM Global Partners and Design Students inside and outside the United States.
