I realised that it actually made ME feel good when I did something that genuinely helped someone else to realise what I had: that we don’t have to settle for how things are right now and that we always have a choice to do something about it So I followed this calling/itch that took me out of the corporate world and into running MPRS, where the focus is on helping over 35s HOW WE HELP PEOPLE I help people transform their by coaching them through the 4 Key MPRS principles (how you MOVE, how you NOURISH yourself, doing the stuff we call Strength & Conditioning and finally, how you THINK), which ultimately help people to FEEL GREAT, to BELIEVE IN THEMSELVES and BE PROUD again WHAT WE ACTUALLY OFFER I deliver these 4 coaching principles through our selection of exclusive programmes:* RunningFit - think ‘fun, social and supportive bootcamp for runners’ * Morning Warriors - think 6am bootcamp
