About Michael Phelps

I joined the emergency disaster restoration industry in I found that this was a fulfilling industry providing emergency services while helping families and businesses through a life changing process due to disasters with their properties. I worked as an employee learning the trade gaining experience and earning multiple certifications. In 2001 I started my first company Quality Craftsman Cleaning & Restoration. We merged with HomePro Restoration in 2004. I ran those two companies for 13 years until 2014. I was then involved in management and business development for a much larger disaster restoration company for about 3 years. I went back into the small business world for myself beginning of 2017 and helped run Dry House Restoration while pursuing other business opportunities. As of 2019 I've transferred to the insurance side working for myself as an independent insurance appraiser/adjuster overseeing daily auto and property claims for numerous insurance carriers. I'm trained with my own independent software in to write full auto estimates. I also provide general liability cliam services such as scene intersection, driveway, slip & fall investigation photos, canvass of areas, courier services and crash data retrieval (EDR).
