About Michael Phillips

I'm driven by developing diverse teams and coaching current and emerging leaders. As head of Solution Engineering at DocuSign across Asia Pacific and Japan, I'm privileged to educate business leaders on how the best technology in the world can help them innovate and digitally transform to meet their immediate and strategic goals. I'm passionate about improving equality and diversity in our industry and I believe we can be an example for others. I'm very proud that by sticking to my values, we have built an environment that empowers anyone with the drive, desire and passion for helping customers, the ability to succeed. I have an equal number of men and women in my leadership team which cascades down throughout our organisation. We also speak more languages than I can count. This diversity helps our customers thrive with a different way of thinking and solving problems. I bring professional experience with 20 years in the technology space across leadership, sales, solution engineering, technology consulting and change management. I'm thankful for the opportunity to work alongside some very experienced leaders and have excellent mentors guiding my growth. In my down time I love to snowboard, cycle and give back to our community.
