Michael is also an effective auditor that ensures all day-ahead and real-time trading adheres to all guidelines set forth by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, Securities Exchange Commission, and Dodd-Frank. Michael possesses strong accounting skills with thorough understanding of SOX compliance. Top-performing project manager with experience analyzing complex financial issues, streamlining audit processes, and regulatory compliance.
