Skilled in Lean and Customer Experience Management, I have led large-scale global transformations, optimizing processes, enhancing commercial and operational performance and improving customer experience. Proven track record of driving change initiatives and standardisation in a global matrix organisation, facilitating impactful Kaizen workshops and managing projects. Passionate about helping people grow to reach their full potential as well as improving value for customers, through mentoring young talents, providing high impact training experiences and fostering a collaborative customer-centric culture that drive sustained business improvements and increased customer loyalty. I am an active supporter of DEI in the workplace as I believe everyone deserves to be treated with respect and fairness and have the opportunity to showcase their unique strengths. Furthermore, I firmly believe diversity of backgrounds leads to diversity of thoughts and ideas and contributes to improved creativity in business problem solving, enhances teamwork and collaboration and ultimately leads to better decision making and results.
