About Michael Ploch

After much reflection, I am writing to share that on 12/31/2024 I will be retiring after 45 rewarding years in the banking industry. It has been an incredible journey, and I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to have spent so many years serving this wonderful community and working alongside so many talented and dedicated individuals. Looking back, I am proud of what we have accomplished together—whether it was helping our customers achieve their financial goals, navigating through economic challenges, or contributing to the growth and stability of the bank. Each day spent in the banking world has been filled with meaningful relationships, growth, and the satisfaction of knowing that we were able to make a difference in people’s lives. I am especially grateful for the privilege of working at community banks, where we always prioritized people over profits, and where the true heart of our work was about building trust and lasting connections. The bonds I have formed with so many of you—my colleagues, customers, and partners—will always hold a special place in my heart. As I step into this new chapter of life, I am excited for what lies ahead, but I will certainly miss the day-to-day of working in the banking world. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to each of you for the support, teamwork, and camaraderie over the years. I am confident that the future of Community State Bank is bright, and I look forward to watching as the bank continues to grow and thrive.
