About Michael Ponzi

My professional experience includes top management in the Automotive Industry and the Merchant Services; industries which require many of the same skills. Being highly motivated and goal oriented are qualities, which served me well for ten years with The Family Automotive Group in San Juan Capistrano, California, where I managed 100 employees. At Family, my role was to oversee all aspects of the day-to-day operations of their dealership. Under my leadership, programs were established to increase sales, improve productivity, reduce costs, enhance customer relations and create a presence in the local community. Above all, I built a strong, solid sales team with high retention. Serving the customer was paramount and I instilled superior customer service standards across the board; which over time became the new standard in this field. I am performance, process and results driven with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement. In addition to experience, I possess strong core competencies based on exceptional customer service, recruiting, team building, managerial and people skills.
