Bugs unite us all. In the software industry, opinions on frameworks, languages, design, and implementation may differ. But the one thing everyone agrees on: minimizing bugs to produce quality software benefits everyone. I have more than 25 years of experience in software testing, engaging at every level of the SDLC. Accomplishments include: • Developing and maintaining automated tests in a variety of frameworks, including WebdriverIO, Cucumber, Jest, Playwright, and Katalon • Supervising manual testing of React components, including I18N, A11Y, and theme verification efforts worldwide. • Spearheading the testing of microservice REST APIs while OpenAPI/Swagger documentation was being generated. • Managing the testing team for the SAS Drive product family, serving as the line’s most tenured contributor. • Guiding Jira stories through the Agile process for testing in the CI/CD pipeline. • Documenting knowledge and metrics in Confluence and SharePoint. As a champion for quality software, I am the customer's advocate, UX Design's sounding board, and Development's best friend. I passionately believe in building consensus and contributing to a product all stakeholders can be proud of.
