As a senior technology leader in the Health Care industry, my expertise lies in assembling and leading high-performance technical teams to deliver real value to the organization. I believe the purpose of the IT function is to promote and facilitate the end customer’s productivity, and my teams and I work every day to introduce, maintain, and improve technology tools. I am energized by the opportunity to drive transformation and scaling initiatives that enable growth and remove operational friction. I am directly responsible for aligning IT initiatives with business priorities and presenting a business case that maximizes capital and operational investments. I'm very effective in providing operational, tactical, strategic direction, and leadership to the entire IT team, while setting priorities, coordinating projects and resources as well as reporting on team activities. I also define the strategic direction to implement and drive the adoption of products and processes, along with improving operational efficiency. I successfully manage a $19M operational budget and work with other key team members to reduce the overall budget by 10%. As the Director of TPM’s, I established and grew the technical project management team from 10 employees to 53 team members as well as created and documented the company team implementation process. I also collaborated with finance and product teams, which lead to implementation costs reduction and contract sales cost by 15%. I provide oversite of all IT Asset Management and Services Asset Configuration Management for hosted Cognizant\Trizetto software services. I successfully define and implement all asset management operations, working with finance, DataCenters, capacity management, vendor management, and procurement. I drive the maturity model for the existing SACM team and develop appropriate governance for managing assets.
