About Michael Potts

Currently serving as the Maintenance Material Coordinator at Phoenix Paper Wickliffe LLC, my core competencies lie in vendor coordination, inventory management, and process safety management (PSM). Our team has successfully managed repairable inventories and worked tirelessly to ensure continuous evaluation of vendors, optimizing repair costs for the company's benefit. My recent work experiences have revolved around not only supervising repair activities but also maintaining strong relations with vendors and collaborating closely with maintenance personnel to prioritize essential repairs. Our efforts have led to a streamlined long-term storage program for rotating equipment and an effectively managed annual budget. By assisting Reliability with Root Cause Analysis (RCA) tasks, we've fostered a culture of continuous improvement, contributing significantly to our organization's operational excellence.
