About Michael Powers

As a pro-active leader with a dynamic history of success, I possess a high level of technical competency and skill to analyze and solve problems. I have found that the key to managing multiple projects and employees effectively is having systems in place to monitor processes in order to quickly identify issues that arise. During my career, I have standardized processes and tools, participated in the deployment and evolution of standard solutions, shared knowledge and resources across diverse teams, and supported the development of project controls best practices. I understand what it takes to assist partner teams in converting future project needs into resource requirements, considering supply plans as well as future technology insertions in order to understand the impact of implementation. I am a graduate of the Lockheed Martin Operations Leadership Development Program as well as a certified Six Sigma Green Belt and a Trained Six Sigma Black Belt.
