About Michael Principe

I’m a strategic technologist at the intersection of AI, data architecture, and enterprise transformation. With over two decades of leadership experience — including Director-level roles and Interim CDO oversight — I specialize in turning complexity into clarity: aligning data ecosystems, deploying AI to drive measurable outcomes, and delivering programs that stick. As an early adopter of Generative AI, I’ve built prompt engineering frameworks that eliminate manual waste, accelerate decision cycles, and unlock scalable insight delivery — helping teams reclaim hundreds of hours while increasing precision. My background includes leading SAP data migrations, architecting Azure/Databricks environments, and embedding AI into enterprise workflows. I’m fluent across both the technical and executive floors — equally comfortable building cross-functional buy-in or systematizing backend delivery. AI Strategy: GPT integration, PromptOps, automation design CDO Leadership: Governance, data quality, enterprise reporting Program Execution: Cloud/data stack delivery, stakeholder orchestration I bring systems thinking, emotional intelligence, and execution discipline to every challenge — whether it’s an urgent program turnaround or a long-term strategic shift. Open to Director/VP opportunities in AI Strategy, Data Leadership, or Program Transformation
