About Michael Propersi

Hello! I am a recent graduate of the University of Connecticut, with a B.A. in Communications. I am passionate about digital marketing, e-commerce, product development, and project management. I’ve leveraged my experience exploring these interests to secure a position as a Junior Project Manager at JUICE Creative Group, a digital marketing agency. In this role, I work between the client and my coworkers, establishing a scope of work, developing efficient timelines, and structuring internal deadlines to ensure our client’s needs are met on each project, as well as our own profitability and internal goals. To prepare myself for this role, I gained relevant experience during my internship with JUICE Creative Group, and in other ventures such as the founding and operation of my e-commerce business, BelutionsHome. In addition to the skills gained from these experiences, I am also proficient in various programs within the Adobe Suite, such as Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects. I cultivated these skills over several years with a digital marketing & media production business I founded, known as MnM Productions. I am fluent in Italian and have experience studying in Italy at the Sant'Anna Institute in Sorrento. While studying at the University of Connecticut, I was a member of the men’s lacrosse team, and served as the team’s operation manager for the 2023 season in addition to playing. During my free time, I enjoy going to the gym, practicing Jiu Jitsu, and learning about psychology and how it relates to interpersonal communication. I am a very focused and driven individual with a deep desire to better myself and those around me. I enjoy making connections with people and working in team-oriented environments.
