Michael is a highly experienced Business Intelligence consultant with an excellent track record over the last 25+ years who has been involved in the design, development, and exploitation of some of the world’s biggest Data Warehouses across a variety of industries - including retail, healthcare, communications, finance, and media. As a result of this experience Michael is an expert in data architecture and logical/physical database design; ETL architecture design and implementation; database and query performance tuning; data mining, reporting, and corporate performance and customer relationship management; project planning and team management - using a number of different products, technologies, and techniques.
