About Michael Purdy

Since July 2014, I have supported a US Government client as a cognitive computing consultant on the IBM Watson Client Experience Team, which focuses on all elements of customer and user interaction, including pre-sales discussions, educating/training new and existing customers, marketing and communications, custom solution design, requirements collection and analysis, use case development, case studies, project management, user metrics, and the beginning elements of domain adaptation, such as performing data landscape assessments to determine content, structure, and accessibility of the customer data holdings. Previously, I supported a US Government client as a system integrator, working on the development and deployment of an effective and efficient mobile asset management solution. In addition, I worked as part of the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) Enterprise Architecture Group (EAG), focusing on the development of the NRO Enterprise IT Architecture. Prior to my work at the NRO, I worked on the development and implementation of a number of information sharing initiatives across the Intelligence Community (IC), to include the Intelligence Community Compartmented Collaborative Environment (IC3E).
