Hi there! My name is Mike and I have over 16 years of experience as a recognized performer and leader in the fields of industrial security and law enforcement. I have extensive professional experience working as a security analyst, FSO, CSSO, and ITPSO within government and private sectors. I’m highly skilled at executing day-to-day security program management for cleared workforces across government, enterprise, and small business entities. A SME in corporate security affairs, I regularly advise senior level executives in technical review of RFPs in support of new business capture, resulting in a total team win of over 1.2B in contract awards within the past 24 months. I share a deep knowledge of DCSA, DoD, DHS, DISA and GSA security policies and applications. My security disciplines include, but are not limited to, physical security, personnel security, and NISPOM regulatory compliance inspections of company FCLs, PCLs, and training requirements. In addition to my civilian profession, I also have over 14 years of military service in the U.S. Army Reserves. There, I am equally confident as a law enforcement officer, both in domestic and foreign settings. In this capacity, I have developed exceptional communication skills which allows me the capability to closely and synergistically work with superiors, subordinates, and outside organizations.
