Simulate and portray the history and physical signs of a patient with a certain illness, as part of the USMLE (United States Medical Licensing Examination) Step 2 Clinical Skills examination. This examination certifies the readiness of students and graduates of medical schools to further enter medical education programs in the USA. One of the highest producing Enumerators for the Census Bureau, reassigned to four districts to improve productivity and efficiency of field operations. As a Director of Social Enterprise, I led a nonprofit organization in developing and launching five business ventures, which enabled the organization to diversify revenue streams and move toward becoming financially self sufficient. 30 years experience in leading owners and Presidents of small businesses from turmoil to profitability. This was accomplished by promoting skills in turnaround management, managing expenses, enhancing profits, leadership training, facilitating executive round-table groups, one on one coaching, fast-track strategic planning, business planning, loan packaging and capital sourcing. More recently, used this knowledge and skills to lead non-profit organizations in entrepreneurial directions to identify, market, commercialize and monetize core programs, and to develop and launch business ventures to diversify income streams.
