Hi, I'm Mike. I'm a relationship builder, project wrangler, and hands-on problem solver. Whether it’s growing a B2B sales pipeline or mastering the art of wine making, I thrive on figuring things out and getting things done. With over 12+ years of experience managing projects and client relationships in the construction industry, and a year in recruiting, I’ve built sales funnels from scratch using LinkedIn outreach, personalized email cadences, and cold calling. I’ve worn many hats across the sales and service space, from SDR to CSM to project manager, always focused on delivering value and driving results. Outside of work, I fix my own vehicles, renovate kitchens, make wine from grapes, bake sourdough from a starter, and even make my own soap. Most impressively, I do my own taxes. I like to learn by doing, and I don’t wait around for someone to hand me instructions. I’m currently looking for my next challenge, ideally remote, where I can bring grit, creativity, and a get-it-done mindset to a team that values initiative and self-direction.
