Leading and participating in marketing, training seminars, and driving sales, I have handled office management duties, research reporting and data analysis, and updating utilising various database systems. Adept at liaising between critical internal and external stakeholders with demonstrated ability to understand the diverse client needs and recommend appropriate offerings. Backed with research and data analytics expertise, I have provided resolutions that exceed client expectations with experience in driving client satisfaction with excellent service standards.
