A key managerial role providing an interface between the technical ITS infrastructure teams and the cross functional business areas they support. Demonstrating a detailed understanding of current and future infrastructure solutions, strategies and policies within Kimberly Clark and having awareness of the demands for new infrastructure technologies and therefore able to provide expert knowledge of potential solutions for business needs or problems. Has the ability to build and maintain relationships across EMEA in a multicultural environment and communicate successfully at all levels. Similar ITS internal relationships are maintained with the global service delivery team leads globally The role leads the EMEA infrastructure development, working jointly with the global service delivery team leads on demand identification and planning. A critical component of this role is delivery of site support services in the region, working through an RDS team of co-ordinators who are engaged with a matrix organization of site support resources. Interaction with this extended team allows information gathering and feedback to both business and technical delivery teams on the changing needs and existing technical standards of infrastructure.
