I’m driven by the challenge of turning complexity into clarity — building structure, stability, and momentum in large-scale IT organizations. As Director of Service & Delivery at Formpipe Denmark, I’m responsible for operations, support, delivery, and customer experience across some of the country’s most widely used GovTech platforms for municipalities, regions, and state agencies. I thrive where technology, business, and people meet. Leadership, to me, is as much about trust, collaboration, and purpose as it is about KPIs, SLAs, and processes. Sustainable results come from creating the conditions for people to take ownership and understand why what we do matters. In recent years, I’ve led the transformation of Formpipe’s service organization from project-based delivery to a scalable SaaS model with defined SLAs, measurable KPIs, and predictable outcomes. We’ve strengthened customer satisfaction, increased retention, and built a culture where accountability and teamwork go hand in hand. My leadership is grounded in ITSM and governance, NIS2 and compliance, and a belief that security, business value, and innovation must coexist. I value transparency, shared goals, and pragmatic problem-solving. I lead with curiosity, clear expectations, and a focus on creating impact, even in complex environments.
