About Michael Reid

I lead on the operational delivery of The Ingenuity Programme. The Ingenuity Programme exists to drive social mobility and tackle the UK’s major social and environmental challenges through the creation of innovative start-ups. Working with a brilliant network of colleagues, partners and those with lived experience to design and deliver world-class enterprise skills and training activities to students, graduates and local communities. Previously worked as Stakeholder Manager for the Building Better Opportunities project. BBO was a national project that aimed to help build confidence, and resilience to reduce social isolation through the linking of Health and Work. It was my role to help make the programme a success by developing and maintaining both strategic and operational working relationships across the local authority. Previously worked with the University of Derby Employer Engagement team with a speciality within graduate recruitment and the Health and Social Care College. Have a demonstrated history of working in the Health & Social care industry. Specialising in recruitment and Employer Engagement along with Organizational Development, Stakeholder Management, and Change Management.
