I am an impact-driven global operational leader with extensive experience in strategic infrastructure transformation and management across global and local infrastructure. Leveraging my extensive global operational experience, I partner with internal functions such as Sales/Marketing, Client Service, Technology, Data management, Operations, Human Resources, Legal and Compliance, Finance, etc to identify the best opportunities and design solutions for enhancing organizations' effectiveness, efficiency, client service and/or fiduciary compliance. My strength is in leading my teams as well as the larger cross-functional organization through the various stages of program management in technology, organizational structure and/or internal controls to ensure the successful, practical implementation planning and execution of those improvements. While doing so, I also manage global and local operational teams, including outsourced and third-party providers, with a clear vision, hands-on support, and empowerment. I am well-known for interpreting and simplifying highly complex business changes into actionable strategies and solutions. And, I have a passion for building large global teams and developing high performance through strong leadership, performance management, and mentoring.
