I’m an IT professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and over 7 years of hands-on experience in SAP Sales & Distribution. Starting from helpdesk support, I’ve grown into a strategic role as a Section Head – Specialist SAP Sales, leading various high-impact projects and cross-functional teams. Throughout my journey at PT Sayap Mas Utama (Wings Group), I’ve developed deep functional and operational expertise in SAP SD, delivering system solutions that support business growth, streamline processes, and enhance sales execution. I have successfully led and participated in major projects including: • Promotion bundle management • Static & dynamic distribution drive • Sales control tower development • Route optimization for sales teams • Integration of mobile interface systems for real-time sales order processing • RPA UiPath project – automated sales order creation • Selling vending machine integration project • Workflow approval for sales order • SAP ECC implementation – focused on Sales & Distribution processes • Re-delivery process for product exchange (Tukar Guling) Currently, I am actively involved in an SAP S/4HANA implementation project (started in November 2024, estimated duration 2.5 years), contributing to enterprise-wide process transformation and integration with modern SAP technologies.
