About Michael Reprogal

Over the past 10 years I have had a chance to bring a customer centric mindset to the IT field in my area. I strive to keep the goals and needs of my customer in the forefront when making decisions to make sure that is guiding the networks I help create. Over the past 6 years I have had the pleasure to help a variety of local businesses meet their IT needs by implementing best practices and ensuring the health of their data systems. During the time of Covid, we have had to rapidly adapt and adjust how my customers interact with their working data as the push to Work From Home happened rapidly. I was able to utilize our tools such as Microsoft Teams or Zoom to get healthcare facilities the ability to continue meeting remotely with their patients, and have been able to be remote support for rural healthcare facilities that still need to function, even when I am not able to enter the physical building to assist. While working through these obstacles is challenging, it is made easy when proper communication practices are being followed and everyone is kept on the same page as we move forward with the changes that have come our way.
