I'm a solution-focused, detail-oriented, and highly adaptable IT professional. With broad 15+ years of experience in the successful implementation and support of IT solutions in highly varied SMB environments. Identified deficiencies, opportunities, and developed innovative solutions for growth and reliability. My expertise in Microsoft 365 and Windows is close to unmatched; I've developed custom workflows within Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. Custom end-user experience and highly secured endpoint/app deployments with AzureAD. Migrations of various environments (on-premise to cloud, cloud to cloud, and more). I've written compliance and security best practice documentation and implemented it in the SMB/Enterprise space. I've worked with law firms, health facilities, CPAs, construction crews, landscapers, retail, investment firms, insurance agencies: you name it and I've probably worked on their IT. I have also performed system and network admin duties for a number of years. Sometimes managing infrastructure for up to users. Managing automation, patching, scripting, backup redundancy, bare-metal restoration, high-level support escalation, staff coaching, project management, senior best practice implementation, and much more. I've put an emphasis on providing meticulous in-depth technical documentation with compliance and security regulation in IT. I've written and implemented best practices on a large scale for both internal company use and its clients. I've also performed staff and client training. The training I provided was mostly focused on Microsoft 365 but also on a general IT security and technology usage education level. As an avid technology hobbyist, I love having an eye on the future in tech and providing solutions people have never dreamed of.
