About Michael Reynolds

With over 25 years of education and extensive professional and personal experience in the field of personal growth, Michael is uniquely equipped with the skills, talents and abilities to assist others in discovering their goals, helping them formulate a plan to achieve them and to overcome the obstacles that arise. As a system and program architect, Michael has envisioned, researched, developed, implemented and evaluated multiple successful initiatives. The crowning jewel of his visionary leadership is the Transitions into Housing Program that provides one-to-one Peer Support for those navigating a major life transition involving housing. In addition, he has implemented ongoing professional development training for staff and managers of seven separate programs, including Strategic Planning sessions as well as Team Building days and Leadership Coaching for five program managers. Over the past several years, his work in mental and behavioral health as well as substance abuse recovery led him to develop a comprehensive curriculum that provides the supports necessary for those working on their recovery in any area of life. His current passion is to support reentry services for those returning from incarceration and implement prison reform to alter the culture of mass incarceration. Michael has dedicated his life to discovering things that assist him in creating Wellness in all aspects of his life. Now, he is sharing what he's learned to help others do the same. His greatest joy comes in building relationships with others who are seeking the growth that leads to a meaningful life of fulfillment in all its aspects.
