As an experienced IT professional, I am currently advancing my career at Computer & Network Consultants Ltd, where my goal is to deliver exceptional outsourced IT support that exceeds expectations. I have leveraged my skills and expertise to benefit CNC and our clients, fostering meaningful relationships and delivering superior solutions and support. My tenure as a technician for Apple iOS and Samsung Galaxy, coupled with my academic background from the University of Portsmouth, has endowed me with a robust engineering perspective and the ability to build strong rapport, both of which have been instrumental in my success at CNC. I am passionate about using my knowledge and experience to create value for our clients and drive continuous improvement in our services. I take immense pride in having built a robust reputation in Carphone Warehouse’s southern region and local community, starting from scratch and leveraging my retail and service skills. My efforts were instrumental in having our site selected as an authorised repair facility by industry giants, Apple and Samsung. As a key player in Dixons Carphone’s most successful Premium Apple Authorised Service Provider, I contributed significantly to an upsurge in traffic, sales, and solution-oriented services at our location. Our commitment to customer satisfaction was recognised when we achieved the status of Premium Service Provider, maintaining a consistent volume of CSAT from 2018-19.
